Preachers' and Church Leaders' Workshop has since the inception year of WNCC been an annual thing; a platform which allows preachers and leaders of the Lord's Church to convene and discuss the Word of God with seasoned and apt teachers and preachers of the Gospel across the federation. This is in compliance to the fact that able men must be apt in order to shepherd the flock of God, on which the Holy Spirit has made them overseers.
